Richard Woodhead
Founder and Principal
Initially a lawyer who followed the traditional legal path and became a partner in a national legal firm. In 1993 he founded a boutique legal firm which focused on development and construction law.
Richard has stepped back from the lending business as part of the transition to the next generation. His focus is now on passing on his extensive knowledge and the provision of legal services based on his experience as a client.
Peter Lynn
Head of Compliance
Peter has over 40 years’ experience in various roles in corporate governance, compliance and accounting within the financial services industry in Queensland.
He has held senior departmental positions within the Queensland State Government and the corporate sector including diverse roles within Perpetual Trustees and Suncorp Metway.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of CISI.
Bree Childs
Senior Paralegal
Bree Childs has more than 10 years’ experience as a paralegal, supporting complex banking, finance and commercial matters.
Bree plays a key role in the efficient management of client matters, assisting with transaction documentation, settlements, due diligence and the coordination of finance transactions.
Her attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to client service ensure every matter is managed professionally and efficiently.
